The yearly fee covers but is not limited to:

1. Platform Development and Maintenance: Costs associated with the initial development of the app, including programming, designing user interfaces, and ongoing maintenance for bug fixes, updates, and improvements.
2. Server Hosting and Bandwidth: Fees for hosting the app on servers, which includes the cost of storage, bandwidth, and data transfer required to ensure the app runs smoothly and can handle user traffic.
3. App Store Fees: Charges for publishing the app on platforms like Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including any annual developer account fees and a percentage of revenue from in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Security and Data Protection: Investment in cybersecurity measures to protect user data and comply with regulations like GDPR. This includes secure storage of personal and payment information of both the practitioners and the users.
5. Payment Processing Fees: Costs associated with integrating and maintaining payment gateways for subscription and other in-app purchases, including transaction fees.
6. Marketing and Promotion: Budget for advertising and promoting the app to attract more users and professionals. This may include social media marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization.
7. Customer Support and Service: Providing ongoing customer support to both the professionals and the users, including handling inquiries, technical support, and dispute resolution.
